Green Tea and Me

There are so many articles about green tea and the health benefits associated with it. It aids to digestion, it’s light, it doesn’t contain too much caffeine, and it jump-starts your metabolism. It’s also be linked to help with overall health and skin.

I recommend drinking tea during or after a meal. I try to alternate between my coffees and my teas. Although, I can drink coffee on an empty stomach and I can’t with tea. So when I eat, I choose tea.
