A major pet-peeve of mine is when women at the gym keep their hair down. Speaking from a person that has long, thick hair, you need to put your hair up. First of all, your neck is going to sweat…hair gets in your face…if you are doing any kind of “workout”, your hair will get in the way.
From years of gymnastics and cheerleading, maybe these “rules” have been drilled into me too strong. But I still don’t think you should have hair in your face when you are at the gym. It’s not a beauty contest, it is a workout.
