It’s hard to remember to drink water on the weekends – at least for me. Through the week I’m good at keeping a water bottle with me at work and trying to re-fill throughout the day. The weekends lends itself to caffeine and coffee throughout the day and lack of water. I wonder why I get sluggish sometimes. I need to make it a point to drink more water. Water is the best way to keep your body hydrated and to keep your metabolism going strong.
