Aromatherapy = spa in my mind. Whether it is eucalyptus or lavender – you are relaxed and feel the tension escape from your body. Reward yourself after a stressful day or a hard workout with some drops of essential oils in a diffuser. Although I have my favorite essential oils and mixes I like to use, I encourage you to check out the natural remedies on the web and test out different options to see what works best for you. There are also numerous remedies for aches and pains before and after workouts.
**Word of Caution** Do not directly put a mixture of essential oils on your body. Dilute them with water, oil, etc. You will see as you test out different sites and their “mixtures”. But essential oils are very potent and it doesn’t take much.
