Since tomorrow starts the work-week again, I found this fitting.
It’s 5pm and now I still have to go to the gym… what was I thinking? I’m sure you’ve experienced the same thought before. For me, I can’t workout in the morning. I feel rushed and truthfully I just want as much sleep as possible. I also don’t like showering at the gym and feel like I get a better workout when I’m not under all of those conditions. But when the afternoon sluggishness comes around, how can you motivate yourself to hit the gym and not go straight home?
