Which Way?

I am not going to turn this into an intervention of finding yourself, but you hold your own future and can choose which path to take. Yes,  your body type is partly genetic, and yes there are so many factors that I can even begin to understand but you can have some control. You are able to choose what you put into your body for food and what you put out in relation to workouts and healthy lifestyles of enough sleep and limited alcohol consumption. All of our bodies are different and all of our lives are different – so there isn’t one set plan to follow. This is why creating your own roadmap to success is so important. Treat your body right and reap the benefits.
