Yes, eat like a toddler. Think of starting over – never having had some of the processed, fried foods that we eat today. Would you miss it? Of course not, because you can’t miss something you’ve never had. Now look at how parents try to get their toddlers to eat healthy foods like fresh vegetables and fruits. The kids may not like all of it, but will at least try some of it and most of the time end up liking them quite a bit. If only we could go back and erase the harmful foods we’ve put in our body and started fresh. Can you imagine the results?
