Leaping lizards

Taking you back again to grammar school days’ gym classes. One of the main cardio elements was jumping jacks, at least it was in my school.

And think of the benefits – if you squat jump as you continue your jumping jacks, you are getting both an upper and lower body workout while still maintaining a high pulse rate which gives you that cardio kick. This is also a great workout for love handles. Don’t forget to use your arms!
