I’ve read numerous articles about the benefits of working out in the morning versus at night. I don’t buy it. Of course, that’s my opinion but my thought is that your best workout time is when you are most motivated to workout. For me, that’s at night. I’m much more of a night person than a morning person. In order for me to have motivation and power through a workout, I need to be fully awake and alert. Now for others, that might mean the mornings.
Don’t listen to the articles – find the time that works best for you and your schedule and start your workouts then. You’ll be happier in the end, not trying to fit into the workout mold.
