Gym Bag Essentials

Everyone is different but there are a few things everyone should have in their gym bag.

  • Money – in case you forget to pack a snack/water
  • Towel
  • Earbuds
  • i-pod
  • Jump rope (not the “top” essential item)
  • Workout gloves/Boxing Gloves
  • Wipes (face/body/or antibacterial)
  • Gym lock
  • Flip flops

My bag is based around the PURE essentials. If I don’t want to carry things, I have my i-pod and towel and that’s it.

Forget your i-pod? That could be a problem but not a reason to skip the gym. Most gyms have music playing in the background anyway or you can always take a class.
