As a people – the US has been becoming increasing more aware of healthy lifestyles and habits.

No longer do you see the Happy Meal commercials – you see fresh salads. No longer do you see as many all you can eat buffets – you see coffee houses and juice bars.

Our trends are leaning towards health conscious food consumption – less processed foods, more organic (expensive) items, fresher meats and vegetables and higher nutritional intake each day.

All of this is just related to what you eat – how about what you do to workout. These are the trends we’re seen in 2015:

  • Body weight training
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Trainers/classes
  • Strength training and personal training
  • Group workouts
  • Boot camps
  • Barre/Yoga/functional fitness classes
