No Excuses- Use Everyday for Working out

128249We’re all busy and we all have hectic schedules.  It doesn’t excuse us from taking the time out to do something for ourselves.  Working out is not only good for your physical health, but also your mental health.

Whether it is taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking further away, putting down the donut and grabbing a yogurt instead – consciously think of how your actions affect your body.

Thirty minutes of cardio is better than nothing and that includes walking.
